What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us, by email or LinkedIn message. That usually includes:
- Your name and contact details
- Information about your current role, experience and career goals
- Your CV or LinkedIn profile, if you share them
How we use it
- To reply to your message and decide whether our coaching is a good fit
- To arrange and deliver coaching sessions if you join
- To keep in touch about your application or coaching
- To give a reference to an employer when you ask us to
We use your information because it is necessary to respond to your request and to provide the coaching you ask for, and because we have a legitimate interest in running our business. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the providers we use to run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We do not share it with employers or recruiters without your permission.
How long we keep it
If you don't go on to join us, we delete your information within 12 months of our last contact. If you join, we keep it for as long as we work together and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
This website
This website does not use cookies or tracking. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them to display the page.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email hello@maisonjasmine.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
