The best way into tech that nobody explains properly.
Sales development is how a huge number of people start their tech careers. Women are still underrepresented in it, and most people learn on the job with nobody showing them how.

She started exactly where you're starting.
Rhiannon Richards-Hargreaves began her career as a BDR. She hit 150% and 110% of her targets, ranked #1 in EMEA for pipeline generation at a global data company, and became the top outbound meeting generator at a fast-growing HR tech scale-up.
Now a SaaS Account Executive with 4+ years in quota-carrying roles, she closed 29 new customers and $252K in annual revenue in her first four months at a US global hiring platform, selling to Founders, CFOs and HR leaders across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
She has done every part of the job, from the first cold call to closing and growing enterprise accounts. That's what she coaches. No theory for the sake of it. Just the real skills that get you hired and make you brilliant at the job.
Good to know.
Is it really free?
Yes. Coaching is free while we welcome our first trainees. Places are limited because every trainee gets one-to-one time.
Do I need sales experience?
No. The programme starts from the basics. Customer-facing experience of any kind helps, but it isn't required.
How much time does it take?
Most of the work is done in your own time around your schedule, plus one session a week together. There is no fixed end date. We keep going until you feel ready.
Will you get me a job?
We can't promise a role. We can make sure you understand the job, have real work to show, and go into interviews prepared.
Is it only for women?
Our focus is getting more women into tech sales, and that's who the programme is built for.
